As the name depigmentation states, this
process takes the natural pigments out of the fibre in order to obtain a
remarkable lighter shade than the original material. This is of course without
attacking the fibre and without a loss of the soft handle.
We can depigment in a wide variety of shades
on natural speciality fibres such as cashmere, camel, yak, alpaca, .... etc.
The bleaching process gives a fibre a lighter shade than the original
material. This process is usually for wool. Our speciality is bleaching Russian
dark grey karakul wool into a wide shade range of camel. This end product is
then used for the spinning of so-called "sisal-look" yarns.
Our flock dyeing plant is equipped to dye all kinds of animal, vegetable
and man-made fibres on loose material, broken tops or hanks.
This process is a shrinkproof treatment on loose stock wool and all other
animal fibres. With this treatment we obtain a machine washable and tumble
dryable wool.
Our process is TM31 ( Total Easy Care )
guaranteed by The Woolmark Company.
This result is obtained by chlorination and has a permanent character.
In order to give the wool an added-value when processing, we can also
offer extra treatments such as moth-proof application, Ultra-Fresh™
(anti-bacterial) application and hercosett
application.
Since beginning of the year 2009 we are proud to
announce our world innovative feltstop process named Woolclub. With this process we are able to produce

synthetic wastes in order to sort and process them.
We can offer a large variety of fibres such as All-wool worsted and woolen carpet thread wastes, pulled and cutted,
polyprop waste, nylon waste, ... etc.
Many of our products are used for industries such as geotextiles,
blanket producers, ... etc.
